The Assessor and her staff are here to serve you by determining market value and performing maintenance on over 170,000 taxable real property accounts and more than 160,000 business and personal property accounts.

Our field appraisers are currently working in the Sherwood area. Our employees carry identification and drive marked vehicles.
Please note our web based data only updates every other weekend.
Arkansas law requires that the Assessor’s office visit all real property on a 5 year cyclical basis.
