The Pulaski County Assessor and her staff are committed to serving the community by determining market value and maintaining records for more than 180,000 real property accounts and over 225,000 personal and business property accounts. We strive to foster a workplace where team members take pride in their work, pursue ongoing education, and develop the skills necessary to keep pace with the evolving technology and professional standards.

The deadline to assess personal property for 2026 is June 01, 2026 due to May 31st falling on Sunday. Pursuant to Arkansas Statute 26-26-201, assessments after this date incur a 10% penalty.
